Organize your portfolios in a hierarchical structure. This gives you the 'big picture' and easily lets you select the scope for reports.

1. Insert a row and select the portfolio from the drop-down list.

2. Use the left and right arrows to shift cells horizontally. You can not move cells up or down. Instead, insert and delete rows at the appropriate position. You can also create new portfolios on the fly.

3. Indenting a cell once places the portfolio into the next portfolio up and left (or you can look at it as a parent-child relationship). You can nest up to sixteen levels deep. If you click the arrows and nothing happens, you are attempting an 'illegal' move.

4. To see the contents of a portfolio, click on the PO button on the top-right. Select the tree again from the list on the left to return to the original view.

5. Clicking on a cell will select the entire branch underneath this cell. This is how you set the scope for the report functions. Any report will consolidate the data from the entire selected branch.

6. Clicking on a column header will select each populated cell in that column.
